BTSA Structure

How we work

Our structure represents the three key strands of the Bury TSA's work:

  • Initital Teacher Training & School Direct led by Sarah Howard and Julie Wantling
  • Career Pathways & Research and Development led by Ian Young, Janet Moore and Barbara Bryant (BSLC)
  • School to School Support led by Elaine Parkinson, Christine Reynolds, Wendy Jackson and Anne Johnstone (BPLC)

Each of these strands has an Operational Teams, led by a strategic partner from the board. The operational teams meet at least four times per year and report to the Director of the Teaching School. Operational teams are responsible for groups or individuals identified to take the lead on a programme or activity.  Accountability is to the strategic partnership board for the delivery of strands within its remit.
